Cancellation Policy

We also offer our physical showroom in Vienna for temporary rental for creative projects such as photo shootings, pop-up events, exhibitions, and similar activities. Our current early bird rental rates are: €90/hour €300/half day (4 hours) €500/full day (8 hours) + €120 surcharge for kitchen use or bookings on Sundays/public holidays These are introductory rates and may vary depending on the project and scope. All renters are required to treat the space and its furnishings with care. Any rearrangement of furniture must be discussed with us beforehand. The space must be left clean (broom-clean), and all trash disposed of by the renter. The renter is liable for any damage (e.g., scratches, stains, breakages) caused during the rental period, and must report any such damage immediately. We reserve the right to charge for repair or replacement. Cancellation policy: Cancellations made less than 14 days before the rental will incur a 50% charge. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the rental will be charged in full.
