Introduced in 1928, the S 32 V is a defining cantilever chair of the Bauhaus period. Designed by Marcel Breuer and produced by Thonet in Germany, it combines a white lacquered tubular steel frame with a wooden seat and backrest finished in traditional Wiener Geflecht. The cantilevered structure offers a gentle give while keeping the design visually light and open. A true modern classic that remains relevant and in production today.
